dog star

Have you ever thought about adopting an older dog?  Just think, you get to completely skip over all the toilet accidents and destruction that comes with puppyhood!  There are few things more special in life than doing something amazing for someone who will never be able to thank you in so many words, but whose love and gratitude will shine from those beautiful brown eyes every time he looks up at you…  Meet Blaize!

Blaize

Blaize was surrendered to Animal Aid after his owner could no longer care for him.  This senior boy is seeking a family that has time to spend with him and who can take him on a daily stroll around the block.  Blaize is a very affectionate boy and just loves cuddles!

He is finding the shelter a little stressful, and as far as he is concerned, the sooner he can get out of there the better!  In great shape for his age, he finds everything in life to be one big game.  He is very set in his ways and will need an experienced owner who is dog savvy enough to ensure that this clever cookie doesn’t always take the lead!

If you think this handsome man would make a great addition to your family then please speak to a member of the kennels team or pop over to Animal Aid shelter kennels for a visit.

Older dogs are the best! They often want nothing more than a cuddle and slow walk/sniff around the local park. Good luck Blaize.

Older dogs are very mellow and good for lower energy people looking for a companion, I hope he finds a good home 🙂
